Dharmaj Crop Guard IPO subscribed 35.49 times on last day


New Delhi, Nov 30 (PTI) Dharmaj Crop Guard’s initial public offering (IPO) was subscribed 35.49 times on Wednesday, the last day of application.

As per the data available on NSE, the IPO received bids for 28,43,51,820 shares against an offer of 80,12,990 shares for Rs 251.14 crore.

The non-institutional investors portion was subscribed the highest at 52.29 times while the qualified institutional buyer (QIB) segment was subscribed 48.21 times. Whereas, the category of retail individual investors (RIIs) got the lowest subscription of 21.53 times.

The IPO of Dharmaj Crops was fully subscribed on the first day of the issue.

New shares up to Rs 216 crore have been issued in the IPO. Apart from this, an offer for sale (offer) has been made for 14,83,000 shares.

The price band for the IPO has been fixed at Rs 216-237 per share.

Dharmaj Crop Guard has raised Rs 74.95 crore from anchor investors.
