Today, despite the fall in the market, the shares of Adani Green Energy and Adani Transmission reached the upper circuit as soon as the market opened. Apart from this, there has also been a rise in Adani Total Gas. Shares of Adani Green Energy opened at Rs 675.00 in the morning. After this, it reached its upper circuit of Rs 682.70 with a jump of five per cent. The shares of Adani Green Energy have seen a rise throughout the day. These shares have closed on the upper circuit only. Shares of Adani Transmission opened at Rs 877.00 in the morning.
After this, it also reached the upper circuit of Rs 904.45 with a jump of five percent. Shares of Adani Total Gas also opened at Rs 910.00 in the morning. After this, with a jump of 45.20 points, it reached its upper circuit of Rs 949.60. The stock of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) has gained momentum since this morning. These shares have closed at Rs 699 level with an increase.
The fall in these stocks
Today, the shares of Adani Enterprises saw a decline since morning. The stock closed at Rs 1,894.20, down more than three per cent. Adani Wilmar’s stock saw a huge fall today. The stock closed at Rs 451.00, down 4.93%. Shares of Ambuja Cements also declined throughout the day. The stock closed at Rs 378.00 after the fall. Shares of ACC Cement also closed at Rs 1,845 after falling.
The market was falling on Thursday as well
Earlier on Thursday, there was a decline in the domestic stock markets and the BSE Sensex closed down by about 540 points. Markets were in losses due to heavy selling pressure in Reliance Industries, Bajaj Finserv and ICICI Bank. The Sensex closed at 59,806.28, down 541.81 points, or 0.90 percent, due to heavy selling. The NSE Nifty also closed at 17,589.60, down 164.80 points, or 0.93 percent.
