These twenty-four stocks rose by more than 5 percent today

Mumbai: Many penny stocks are seeing a boom today amidst the rally in the market. Indian benchmark indices are trading lower with BSE Information Technology index. The BSE Sensex is up nearly 140 points or 0.20% at 65,692 and the NSE Nifty-50 index is up nearly 47 points or 0.24% at 19,462. Around 2,051 stocks advanced and 1,201 declined on the BSE. There is no change in the level of 158 stocks. Tech Mahindra Limited, HCL Technologies Limited and Infosys Limited are in the list of top gainers in Sensex today. While Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, Titan India Limited and Power Grid Corporation of India Limited were among the losers on the Sensex.

Indices in the broader markets traded higher, with BSE Mid-Cap index rising by 0.36% and BSE Small-cap index by 0.76% respectively. As on July 14, 2023, the market capitalization of BSE-listed companies is about Rs 297 lakh crore. 124 stocks hit 52-week high and 31 hit 52-week low in the market. The list of shares engaged in the Upper Circuit today is being given below. Investors can add these to their portfolio to earn profits.
